| How to book a tour ? |
You can book your tour at our office or you can book your tour Online, through our website. The process : Select your Tour > Select your Tour Month > Choose desired departure date and click on Tour Price> Check details and click Book Now to proceed further.

| The Booking Procedure is as follows: |
- Select the Tour
- Fill up all the details on Registration Form
- Sign the Registration Form
- Submit the photo copy of your passport
- Get the proper receipt of the payment. If you are booking through any preferred sales agent then Kesari will reconfirm the bookings within five working days from the date of registration.

| Things to be collected at booking: |
- Bookings will be processed only after the realization of cheque payment or confirmation of credited amount. Transaction fee levied by the bank will be borne by the tourists.
- Once the registration is done, you have to get your visas done from the respective consulates. Please check your passport validity as most of the countries need passport validity minimum 180 days beyond the conclusion of your tour.
- If the tour requires any air reservation to be done for you to join and leave the tour, then you have to get it done two months in advance of the tour departure and after confirming the tour route from the Sales Executive. In case of Internal Air tickets/Cruises/Rail of the tour you may have to book the same by yourself and this will be informed to you at the time of booking
- Amount can be directly transferred to following bank account.

- The balance payment of the tour is to be done one month in advance of the tour departure date. Late payment fee of 1.5% will be applicable to the payments which are made after the balance payment due date.
- Fifteen days before the tour departure you will receive the 'Pre-Departure Information' email, so as to make your tour more comfortable.
- It is advisable to get yourself insured (insurance done) for the duration of the tour.
